Permanent Makeup Policy

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is needed to book all permanent makeup procedures. This will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be due at time of appointment.

  • Only serviced clients are allowed in the studio.

  • Any client that no call no shows for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 50% of the full service fee. We respect and take your time seriously, we ask that you do the same.

  • If you must reschedule your appointment, a 48 hour notice is advised. You may reschedule and transfer your deposit once before the 48 hour window. If you must reschedule a second time you will forfeit your deposit. As a reminder, your second time rescheduling will result in the cancellation of your appointment and a new deposit must be placed to schedule another appointment.

  • For any last minute cancellations, you will lose your deposit and must place a deposit for a later date. 

  • If you arrive 15 min late or over it may result in rescheduling and forfeiting your deposit.

  • New clients who have had previous work done on their brows by another artist will be charged full price. (Follow up prices are only for existing clients.)

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not hold deposits.

  • This is a licensed tattoo establishment and a "no kids" policy is enforced via the health department. 

Skincare Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you please contact us 24 hours before you reservation date.  Any no show-no calls will be charged 100% of the service(s). A credit card will be required for all reservations and confidentially stored on file and only charged in the instances above.
